How to Prepare

Thaw lobster and crab claws under refrigeration overnight, at least 12-16 hours. Display thawed lobster and crab claws on a platter. Pour prepared cocktail and mustard sauces into small bowls. Dip lobster and crab claws in sauces, pulling meat away from the shell as you eat - enjoy!
